Founded in 1909 to serve the Italian immigrant community in Indianapolis, la Chiesa del Santo Rosario – the Church of the Holy Rosary – continues in its mission to bring the Good News of Jesus Christ to all who come to our near-downtown neighborhood. Today, the Italian Parish of Indianapolis also serves as a parish home for adherents to the Traditional Latin Mass and members of the Anglican Use community. We are also well known for our Italian Street Festival held every year in June.
On these pages you will find information about nearly every aspect of our parish life. We encourage you to explore every page. If you cannot find what you are looking for, then please contact the parish office or drop the webmaster a line.

Our 14th annual Lenten speaker series, Spaghetti & Spirituality, kicks off Wednesday, March 12, and continues March 19, 26 and April 2. Each evening begins with Mass in the Ordinary Form (English Mass) at 5:45 p.m. and then continues in Priori Hall with a meatless pasta dinner at 6:30 p.m., the featured presentation at 7:15 p.m., and a question-and-answer session ending at 8:30 p.m.
Among our exciting speakers scheduled for this year, we are greatly honored to host the Most Rev. Joseph W. Tobin, archbishop of Indianapolis, who will be here March 26. Click here to see our flier listing the full roster of speakers.
Reservations are requested; click here to register online. Admission is free, but we do suggest a $7 donation to help pay for dinner expenses and the speakers’ fees.
